Wayne Garrett Kimble

Wayne Garrett Kimble, age 89, died Monday morning at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.  Born in Sussex Co., NJ, he was the son of the late Garrett and Caroline Chamberlin Kimble.  He retired from the United States Air Force as a T/Sgt. with 21 years of service.

A Graveside service for close family and friends will be held Thursday, April 9, at 11:00 am at Wayne Memorial Park with full military honors.

Mr. Kimble is survived by his wife, Betty S. Kimble; son & daughter-in-law, Wayne G., (Jr.) “Gary” and Debbie Kimble.; daughters & son-in-law, Faith and Alvin Beahm and Karen Craft and fiancé, Ed Baker;  six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Lillian DeSimone.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorial contributions be directed to Kitty Askins Hospice Center, 107 Handley Park Ct., Goldsboro, NC  27534
