Vernon Worley, Sr. Obituary

Vernon Lee Worley, Sr., age 66, passed away Sunday evening at the Wilson Medical Center. Born in Johnston County, he was the son of the late Frank Worley and Leone M. Worley and husband of the late Brenda Faye Wiggins Worley. He was a member of the former 2nd Baptist Church.

A graveside service to celebrate his life will be held Wednesday at 10:00 am at the Bethany & Friends Cemetery. The family will greet friends at the cemetery immediately following the service.

He is survived by his sons, Vernon Worley, Jr. and his girlfriend, Debbie; Benjie Lee Worley and wife, Lisa; two sisters, Janice Walston and Barbara Hall; two grandchildren, Hunter Lee Worley and Hannah Rose Worley.
