Timothy Neil Harrington

Tim Harrington, age 82, of Dudley, NC, passed away peacefully in his sleep at home on September 16. He was born in Kankakee, Illinois. He was married to Hui-Son Harrington.

Born on October 23, 1942, he was the son of Timothy F. Harrington and Estelle Rapier Harrington. He proudly served his country in both the United States Navy, United States Air Force, and two tours of the Vietnam War.

A graveside service will be held October 13 at 11:00 a.m. at Emmaus Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Jim Willoughby officiating.

He is preceded in death by Timothy F. Harrington, Estelle Rapier Harrington, and Hui-Son Harrington. He is survived by a son, Timothy K. Harrington and wife, Sarah, daughter, Kimberly A. Atkinson and husband Rodney, and grandson Liam N. Harrington.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Cure of the Colors, 203 Cox Blvd., Goldsboro, NC 27534.
