Thomas Woodrow Rice

Thomas Woodrow Rice, age 64, passed away Tuesday afternoon. Born in Windsor, NC, he was the son of the late Promise Monroe Rice and Henrietta Miller Rice.

A memorial service will be held Friday, July 21, 2023 at 6:00 pm at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home Chapel. A time of visitation will be held immediately following the service at the funeral home.

Thomas is survived by his wife, Donna P. Rice; daughters, Ashley Barnes, Brittney Rice, Heather Rice, Latisha Joyner, Mirakal Rice, Heather Reavis Chrissy Carter; sons, Thomas Rice, Jr., Chance Bass, David Felton, Jr.; grandchildren, Maki Starkey, Malik Joyner, Beauti Kornegay, Paxton Best, Dinero Owens, Jalyn Joyner, Kyra Barnes, Riley Reavis, Donaven Reavis, Rashaan Williams, II, Kaliyah Williams, Kaiyden Williams, Promise Rice and Amya Mitchell; a host of close friends and family.
