Theresa Angie Davis Phillips 52 passed away on Friday April 4,2025 at UNC Medical Center, Chapel Hill.

 A homegoing service will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at 12noon in the chapel of Shumate Faulk Funeral Home with Pastor Doug Seymour officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.  

Theresa was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Phillips and her mother, Ethel Berryman.

Theresa leaves to cherish her memory her father, William Berryman of the home; a daughter, Kendra Davis; a son, Cedrick Johnson, of the home; a brother; William Davis of New Jersey; a host of 7 nieces and nephews; a special friend, Shablita Huggins of Goldsboro; aunts, Dorothy Williamson of Grantham, Christine Davis and Doreatha Davis of Goldsboro NC.
