Terry Kriger, a devoted mother, grandmother, and animal lover, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 10, 2025, at the Bryan Center in North Carolina. She was 72. Born on January 21, 1953, in Springfield, MA to the late Edward Thibault, Sr. and Marie Boucher, she carried a lifelong enthusiasm for outdoor activity and creative endeavors.
Terry’s greatest passions lay in nature and home improvement. She was an avid gardener and loved any outdoor activity. She took pride in her ability to handle her own home improvement projects, often citing cutting the grass as her favorite chore. Her skill and determination even led her to build her own chicken coop. She always had a tender spot in her heart for animals, especially stray pets, which she welcomed with kindness.
Terry is survived by her loving family: her son, Scott Drew and his wife, Amy, daughters, Tori Lynn Gautier and her husband, Chris and Christine Silverstein, grandchildren, McKenzie Drew, CJ Gautier and wife Caiton, Justin Barwick, and Savannah Gautier. She also leaves behind her beloved "fur babies," Teddy, Misty, Max, and Buster.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Craig, Robert, and Pete Thibault.
The family will be celebrating Terry's life privately.
The family is in the care of Shumate- Faulk Funeral Home & Crematory of Goldsboro, NC.
