Teresa Lynn (Wiggins) Gill

Teresa Gill, 58, of Pikeville, passed away on Sunday at U.N.C. Health Rex Hospital surrounded by her family. Born in New Bern, she is the daughter of the late Kenneth Ray Wiggins Jr. and Margie Carolyn Williams Hayes and is the wife of Danny Gill. She was a stock clerk for Walmart. She enjoyed going to Union Park in New Bern to feed the ducks and trips to the beach. She loved her family very much, especially her grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Thursday, April 4, 2024 from 7:00 until 9:00 P.M. at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home.

In addition to her husband, Danny Gill, Teresa is survived by her children, Daniel Barwick and wife, Lauren of Pikeville and Ricky Barwick Jr. and fiance, Christina Staddon of Pikeville; a step son, Ashton Gill and wife, Cayli of Pennsylvania; brothers, Billy Ray Wiggins and fiancé, English Albertson of Goldsboro and Daniel Wiggins and wife, Jessica of Paisley FL; a sister, Vivian  Lane and husband, Anthony of Pikeville; grandchildren, Paige Barwick, Maddox Barwick, Mason Barwick, and Cheyenne Straddon; step mother, Gracia Wiggins of Florida; step father, Ricky Hayes of Arizona; nieces, Taylor Saucier, Candie Ratliff, and Addilee Corbett; and nephew, Brandon Wiggins
