Tammy Sue Outlaw Kaolowi, age 58, passed away Tuesday at her home. Born in Wayne County, NC, she was the daughter of the late Norman Ray Outlaw and Susan Annette Lane Outlaw Whaley. She was also the granddaughter of the late Waitus and Louise Woodcock. Tammy had a bachelor's degree in nursing and worked as a Registered Nurse. She loved the beach her whole life and lived at the beach for many years. She was also a University of North Carolina Tarheels fan.
No formal services will be held at this time.
Tammy is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Chris and Annette Outlaw; her nephew, Brandon Outlaw & wife, Ann-Marie; her niece, Brooke Helms & husband, Colton.
