Sherri Godwin Obituary

Sherri Lynn West Godwin, age 51, died Wednesday morning at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville, NC. Born in Wayne County, NC, she was the daughter of the late Lloyd and Helen James West.

A memorial service will be held Sunday, November 15, at 3:00 pm at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home in Goldsboro with Rev. Jim Willoughby officiating. The family will have a time of visitation following the service.

Sherri is survived by her husband, James Richard “Ricky” Godwin; daughter and son-in-law, Amanda & Aaron Nalley; brother, Larry West; sisters and brothers-in-law, Kay & Robert Walker, Linda & Foy Daniels; grandson, Axel Ray Nalley.
