Ronald Wright, 81, of Goldsboro passed away Wednesday at Willow Creek Nursing Home. He was the son of the late Russell and Carrie Wright. Mr. Wright was a paramedic for the town of Fremont, Michigan. He was an avid walleye fisherman and especially enjoyed fishing on Drummond Island. He also loved carving canes, walking sticks, and driftwood.
At this time no formal services will be held.
Ronald is survived by his wife, Nechia Wright; daughters, Nechia McConnell and Chris McCoy of Garberville, CA, Michelle Barefield and husband, Jeffrey of Goldsboro, Maggie McConnell of Goldsboro (formerly of Fremont, MI), Laura Pinks of Fremont, MI, and Lisa Mathews and husband, Bob of White Cloud, MI.; sons, Randy Wright and wife, Raquel of Fremont, MI and Ronald Wright Jr; 17 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Lee Ann Wright.
