Robert "Bob" Harold Walker, Jr.

Robert “Bob” H. Walker, Jr., age 71, passed away Tuesday at Wayne/UNC Healthcare. Born in Wayne County, NC, he was the son of the late Robert Harold Walker, Sr. and Easter Mae Davis Walker. In previous years, Bob enjoyed powerlifting through Gurley’s Gym and Larry’s Gym in Goldsboro.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at 7:00 pm at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Dave Fishman officiating. A time of visitation will be held immediately following the service at the funeral home.

Bob is survived by his wife, Teresa Kay Walker; son, Robert Walker (Lori); daughter, Robin Jeannette Walker (Keith Plummer); step daughter, Wendy Martinez; brother and sister-in-law, Jeff  & Carolyn Walker; grandchildren, Austin Walker, Tatum Walker, Avery Walker, Madison Plummer and Zackery Plummer; great grandchildren, Myah Mendoza and Alysen Flemming; step grandchildren, Tamra Martinez and Nathan Martinez; step great granddaughter, Esme Martinez.

Along with his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his brother, Richard Walker.
