Randy William Whipkey, Sr., 68, of Goldsboro, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, June 29, 2026, at his residence.
He was born in Ohio County, West Virginia to the late Jacob Whipkey and Lois Audrey Ostrander. He is also preceded in death by his siblings.
He is survived by his four children, Cassandra Whipkey, Stephanie Worrell (Eric), Randy Whipkey, Jr., and Leland Whipkey (Aliesha).
