Major Gordon Hinson Jr.

Major Gordon Hinson Jr., died at age 75 at Kenansville Healthcare and Rehabilitation in North Carolina on October the 12th, 2025. He was born on May 19th 1950, to the late Major Gordon Hinson Sr. and Annie Hazel Hinson.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his sons David Hinson and his wife Olga Hinson, daughter Kelly Birdsall, stepson James Carter, stepdaughter Jaleesha Gregory, his grandchildren David Anthony Hinson, Derek Hinson, Abbey Birdsall, Ava Birdsall, and Jamari Carter, also surviving is his special best friend Vickie Hinson.

The family will celebrate his life privately.
