Lena (Taylor) Lee

Lena Taylor Moore Lee, age 91, passed away in Destin, FL. Born in Johnston County, she was the daughter of the late John William Taylor and Dora Bertha Johnson Taylor. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Granville David Lee, her son, Randy Moore Lee, her daughter, Candy Martin and a brother, William “Bill” Taylor. She was a member of Love Memorial Baptist Church and formerly was active in the Eastern Star Chapter 15 in Dover, DE.

A service to celebrate Lena’s life will be held on Monday, April 22nd at 2:00pm at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home with Pastor Richard Toler officiating. The family will greet friends at the funeral home immediately following the service. A committal service with will be held at Wayne Memorial Park at a later date.

Mrs. Lee is survived by her grandchildren, Shannon Stuart, Brandi Lee, Jaime Lee and Heather Jenner; along with numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
