Lauralea L. Johnson, 73, of Dudley passed away Thursday at her residence. Born in Cook County, IL, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Eloys Hartman Lueder and was the widow of the late Donald Johnson.

Lauralea is survived by her children, Brian Johnson and wife, Tonikia of Dudley and Brandy Knox and husband, David of Dudley; grandchildren, Heather Medford, Matthew Knox, Haley Johnson, and Hannah Johnson; great grandchildren, Zachary Davis, Tiwaun Hardy Jr., Brianna Williams, Bobbie Williams, and Walker Knox; a special friend, Larry Justice; and her beloved dog, Hey You.

A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2025 at her daughter's house, 1071 Old Mt. Olive Highway, Dudley, NC 28333 from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M.

In addition to her husband, Laura was preceded in death by a sister and two brothers.
