Joyce Elizabeth (Lane) Foss

Joyce Elizabeth Lane Foss, age 64, passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2024. Born in Wayne County, NC, she was the daughter of the late Bobby and Kathleen Turnage Lane. She was a retired Deli Manager with Piggly Wiggly grocery store.

A graveside service will be held Friday, July 19, 2024 at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery at 1:00 pm with Pastor Shawn Garnett officiating. A visitation will be held Thursday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the funeral home.

Joyce is survived by her children, Jerrica Pate (Tom), Justin Pate and Randy Pate; brother, Billy Lane; sister, Bobbie Lane; grandchildren, Preston Pate, Skylar Pate, Braylin Pate, Brayleith Pate, Tristan Pate, Treyshon Rivers, Ethan Rivers, Alex Pate, Chelsea Pate and Kyhel Pate.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Jeremy Elijah Bryant Pate.
