Jean (Graves) Pate

Jean Graves Pate passed away  Thursday, January 9, 2025 in Pikeville NC.  She was the daughter of the late Fred Graves and Doris Millard Kasper, she was also proceeded in death by her sister, Robin Graves Long.  Jean was a member Fellowship Methodist Church in Princeton.

A service to celebrate Jeans Life will be held Wednesday evening, January 15, 2025 at 6:00 pm in the Chapel of Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home & Crematory with Rev. Jesse Stevenson officiating. Following the service in the chapel, the family will briefly greet friends at the funeral home

She is survived by her daughters, Leslie Lawhorn and husband Edward, Jennifer Pate, her brother David Graves, also surviving are her grandchildren, Logan Lawhorn, Carson Dubberly,  Luke Lawhorn, stepfather, James Kasper.
