James "Jamie" Elbert Sutton

James “Jamie” Elbert Sutton, age 46, passed away Sunday, June 2, 2024, at his home. Born in Wayne County, NC, he was the son of Donna Cotton and the late Jimmy Sutton.

A Graveside Service will be held Thursday, June 6, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. in Wayne Memorial Park.

Along with his mother, Jamie is survived by his companion, Guy Jones; his sister, Marcia Herring; his nieces & nephews, Jordan Herring, Matthew Herring, Logan Myers, Chasity Sutton, Chelsey Sutton, Samuel Sutton and Abigail Sutton.  Numerous Aunts, Uncles & Cousins also survive him.

He was also preceded in death by his brother, Chad Sutton.
