Irene Della (Johnson) Joyner

Irene Della Johnson Joyner, age 95, passed away Friday, February 9, 2024, in her home with her family by her side.  Irene was born in Johnston County, to the late Joe Johnson and Floyd Pearl Parker Johnson.  She was also preceded in death by several of her siblings.

A graveside service to celebrate her life will be held Wednesday, February 14th, 2024  at 2 PM at  Wayne Memorial Park, The family will greet friends following the graveside service at the cemetery..

She is survived by her daughter Faye Coley of the home, Sister Elizabeth Mae Pope, and her longtime caregiver, Lynda Richardson.
