Holly Carol (Jackson) Moore

Holly Carol Jackson Moore, age 51, passed away Tuesday evening at her home. Born in Wayne County, she was the daughter of the late Arthur Jackson and Peggy Carol Price Weeks, step-daughter of the late Jerry Truman Weeks and aunt of the late Brittany Gurley. Holly was a hairdresser for many years prior to her illness. She loved time spent at the beach with her  family and friends and her children always came first.

A private service to celebrate Holly’s life will be held at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Donald Massey officiating.

Holly is survived by her husband, Jeffrey Paul Moore; her sons, Kenneth Paul Moore II and friend, Morgan Harris, and Cole Carroll Moore; her daughter, Carley Peggy Moore; her sister, Tammy Jackson Gurley and husband, Brent; her aunt and uncle, Thomas and Dean Price; numerous cousins; and a grandchild on the way, Emersyn Rae Moore.
