Glenda (Johnson) Hill

Glenda Johnson Hill, age 73, passed away peacefully Wednesday evening, February 5, 2025, at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.  She was born in Salina, KS but to the late Glenn Vernon Johnson and Berneita Walters Johnson.  Glenda was a lifelong resident of the Grantham Community.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Jerry Mack Hill, and her sister Elizabeth “Betty” Donham.

Glenda is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Jerry “Doodle” and Christina Hill of Grantham; grandchildren, Austin Wallace, Cheyenne Hill, Amber Callison, Austin Strickland, and Makenzie Strickland; brother, Jack Johnson and wife Ruth of Kansas, and sister Sherry Rabalais and husband Darrall of Louisiana; and her precious fur babies Eddie, Missy and Bella. 

The Hill family will have a gathering of family and friends on Saturday, February 8, 2025, between the hours of 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the home of Jerry and Christina Hill at 868 Grantham School Road in the Grantham community.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be directed to American Legion Post 11 Dudley, NC.
