Eva (Witherington) Johnson

Eva Witherington Johnson, 94, of Goldsboro passed away on Saturday at her residence. She is the daughter of the late Cicero and Vera Witherington, and the wife of the late James Leo Johnson. Mrs. Johnson was a member of Rosewood First Baptist Church.

A funeral service will be held Thursday, at 11:00 am in the chapel of Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home with Dr. Mike Collier officiating.   

Mrs. Johnson is survived by her sons, Don Russell Johnson of Charlotte and James Gerald Johnson of Bells Island; sisters, Mable Lane of Dudley and Leona Davis of Dudley; 5 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren.
