Ernestine Lane Obituary

Ernestine “Tina” Sawyer Lane, age 85, died early Monday morning at Kitty Askins Hospice Center. Born in Guilford County, she was the daughter of the late Samuel Ernest Sawyer and Naomi McPherson Sawyer and wife of the late Ray Harold Lane.

A graveside service for her family only will be held Thursday at 1:00pm at Wayne Memorial Park with Rev. Jim Willoughby officiating.

Mrs. Lane is survived by her son, Ray Harold Lane, Jr. and wife Debbie; two grandchildren, Jennifer Lane Parham and Stephen Frederick Lane; and two great grandchildren, Brianna Parham and Sawyer Lane.
