Ella "Pig" Louise (Grant) Campbell

Ella “Pig” Grant Campbell, 77, of Dudley passed away Tuesday morning at the Brian Center. She was the daughter of the late Horace and Edith Grant, and wife of John Campbell. Mrs. Campbell was a member of May’s Chapel Church. She was the former office manager for Barrus Construction Company, and enjoyed playing slot machines and bingo. 

A service of love and remembrance will be held on Friday, October 23, 2020 at 7:00 in the chapel of Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Daughtry officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 7:00 PM.

In addition to her husband of 57 years, she is survived by her daughter, Teresa Campbell and husband, Edward Manning of Grifton; a son, Randy Campbell of Florida; a brother, Norman Grant and wife, Betty Jo of Kinston; and a granddaughter, Amber Cartin of England.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Edna “Toots” Bogey.
