Debra Ann Little Outlaw passed away Saturday, August 3, 2024 at Wayne/UNC Health Care. Born in Florence, SC, she was the daughter of Billy Ray Little and the late Lois Faye Little. She was also the wife of the late Jerry Outlaw.

Services will be held, Thursday, August 8, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home with Pastor Dave Fishman officiating.  Committal services will be Private at Wayne Memorial Park

Along with her father, she is survived by her sister, Dana Jara (Marc); brothers, Darryl Little (Melissa) and Jimmy Little (Paula); aunts, Emily Davis and Sandi Barbour (Ricky); niece, Reanna Heres (Chris); great niece, Christina.
