Cheryl Lynn (Chandler) Venezia

Cheryl C. Venezia age 56, joined our Lord in Heaven on May 26, 2022. Born in Sarasota Florida on July 10th 1965. A caring and trusting woman, she enjoyed scrapbooking, dancing, loved animals, and would do anything to help those in need. She loved her family, and lived for her children. She is survived by her father Howard Chandler and stepmother Debra Chandler of Smithfield, NC. Mother Gayle Shirley of Dunn, NC. Brothers Brian Chandler of Taunton, MA. Alan Chandler and wife Deanna Chandler of Jacksonville, FL. Sister Dawn Davis and husband Eddie Davis of Dunn, NC. Her son's Robert E Gay III and wife Tiffanie Gay and John Sutherland III and wife Samantha Jimenez of Goldsboro, NC. Grandchildren Hanna, Ryan, Kyle Gay of Goldsboro NC.

She is preceded in death by Her husband Joseph Venezia, and sister Tonya Chandler Fitch.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, May 31st at 7:00 pm in the chapel of Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home in Dudley, NC. Burial will be Wed June 1, at 10:00 am at Wayne Memorial Park in Dudley, NC. Rev. Randy Beasley and Rev. Keith Bonner will be Officiating. The family will receive friends following the service Tuesday evening.
