Carl Wayne Hare, 55, of Dudley died suddenly at his residence. He was the son of the late Harvey and Mavis Hare. Carl loved to go fishing wherever the fish were biting.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.

Mr. Hare is survived by his daughter, Liza Hare and Reggie Edwards of Pikeville; a brother, James Boswell and wife, Kay of Pikeville; sisters, Rose and James “Dink” Capps of Grantham and Faye Gurganus and husband, Ervin of Dudley; a grandson, Reggie Edwards Jr.; and a aunt, Pearl of Lucama.
