Ann (Price) Giddens

 Ann Price Giddens of Goldsboro entered into her Heavenly home on August 15th, 2024 at Wayne UNC Healthcare.

Ann was the daughter of the late Dallas and Reba Hill Price. She was a 1961 graduate of New Hope High School where she was voted Most Beautiful, a title she carried with her everyday of her life. Ann was a member of First Baptist Church of Goldsboro. Ann loved her family and Jesus and strived to live for Him daily.

In addition to her parents, Ann was preceded in death by her sister Connie Price Hinnant.

She is survived by her loving husband, Norwood, who stood by her side and cared for her through nearly 40 years of marriage.

She is also survived by her sister Linda Lowery (John) and brother Dallas Woodrow Price Jr.(Lydia). She is also survived by her son Carl Haywood Tyndall Jr. (Ramona) and daughter Pamela Ann Tyndall (John), stepchildren Renee Norris, Vanessa Strickland (Tim), Joye Carpentier, Tammy Williams (Glenn) and Randy Giddens (Kate),  grandchildren Lindsay Roberson (Brian) Emily Matthews, Kelly Daigle (Micah) and Jesse Matthews (Azlynn), great-grandchildren Jensen Matthews, Leah Roberson, and Julia Daigle.

Services will be held 11:00 AM Monday, August 19, 2024 at First Baptist Church, 125 S. John Street, Goldsboro, NC 27530.  Rev Scott Thrailkill officiating.  Burial to follow at Wayne Memorial Park.  The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service on Monday, at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts can be directed to First Baptist Church.
