Amariana Lashae Hooks

Chasity and Jeffrey Hooks announce the birth and death of their daughter, Amariana Lashae Hooks.

A service to celebrate her life will be held Friday at 2:00 in the chapel of Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home with Pastor Lottie Leach officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 P.M. prior to the service.

In addition to her parents, Amariana is survived by her sister, Ariella Noelle Hooks; maternal grandparents, Teresa and Mitchel King; paternal grandmother, Stephanie Koonce; paternal great grandmother, Lottie Leach; aunts and uncles, Leah and Randall Fields, Steven and Tonya King, Ann King, Justin Avery, Jeremy and Cali Hooks, Jassalyne Hooks, and Myra Artis.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be directed to the family to help offset the cost of the hospital expenses.
