Tommy Bert Price

Mr. Tommy Bert Price passed away peacefully in his sleep Sunday morning. He was the son of the late George and Leola Price, and was married to the late Frances J. Price. Mr. Tommy will always be remembered as a kind, humble, and devout Christian. He was a proud daddy and granddaddy to his children and grandchildren. His family will always cherish his love for each of them.

A funeral service will be held in the chapel of Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home on Friday at 2:00 P.M. with Rev. Scott Ezzell officiating. Burial will follow at Wayne Memorial Park. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service.

                Mr. Price is survived by his children, Debbie (Don) Taylor of Goldsboro, Jona (Jimmy) Maynard of Grifton, and Neal (Beth) Price of Pikeville; grandchildren, Fran (Luke) Mizeur of Canton, OH, Ron (Debra Oschner) Heath of Clayton, John (Janelle) Maynard of Bell Arthur, Shane and Brooks Taylor, Thomas and Tara Price all of Goldsboro; great grandchildren, Taylor and Cooper Mizeur of Canton, OH, Dylan Heath of Goldsboro, Dalton Heath, USMC stationed in Okinawa, Japan, Audrey and Ainsley Maynard of Bell Arthur; great great grandchildren, Owen Heath of Goldsboro and Tinsley Heath of Greenville; and sisters, Molly Hood and Janet Williamson both of Goldsboro.
