Pamela Dianne Davis

Pamela Dianne Mercer Davis, 61, of Pikeville passed away Friday at Wayne U.N.C. Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Ben and Irene Mercer and the wife of Allen Ray Davis. Dianne was a loving wife, mother, and friend. Mrs. Davis had worked for Wilber’s BBQ as a waitress.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday in the chapel of Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home at 1:00 P.M. with Rev. Jim Willoughby officiating. Burial will follow in the Pate Cemetery, The family will receive friends from 12 until 1 Tuesday.

In addition to her husband, Dianne is survived by a son, Chad Sullivan and girlfriend, Sandy Dianne Taylor of Pikeville; two grandchildren, Alyssa Dianne and Makhaila Alexia Sullivan both of Pikeville; and her mother in law, Laura Wade of Pikeville.
