Kathy H. Alfaro

Kathy Holt Alfaro, 50, passed away Monday evening surrounded by her family at Kitty Askins Hospice Center. She is the daughter of the late Erby and Dolly Mae Holt, and wife of Victor Alfaro. Mrs. Alfaro had worked for Wayne County Public Schools as a bus driver and assistant lunchroom manager.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel of Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Willoughby officiating. Committal services will follow in Wayne Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 A.M. prior to the service.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Alfaro is survived by her two sons, Victor Alfaro and wife, Nancy and Rigo Alfaro both of La Grange; a daughter, Victoria Alfaro of La Grange; a sister, Lynn Kendall and husband, Doug of La Grange; and three grandchildren, Nevaeh, Brianna, Alexus Alfaro.
