John Edward Cash

John Edward Cash, 32, passed away on Friday. He is the son of the late Ivan Benjamin and Joyce Dark Cash, and is the husband of Heather Epps Cash. He was the operator in charge of the Wayne County Waste Water Treatment plant on Genoa Rd. He was a member of Thoroughfare Volunteer Fire Department and a past member of Mar Mac Volunteer Fire Department. He was also a member of the North Carolina Volunteer Fire Fighters Association.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday evening at 7:00 P.M. at Rosewood Worship Center with Rev. Lynn Epps officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.

In addition to his wife he is survived by his daughters, Kaylee and Khloe Cash, aunts and uncles, Janice Ekoniak and husband, Paul of Hockessin, DE, Jill Holland and husband, Dennis of Veedersburg, IN, Jane Dark of Tilton, IL, Charla Dark of Covington, IN, Jay Dark of Russellville, KY, Jeff Dark and wife, Merridi of Williamsport, IN, and Joe Dark and wife, Sharon of Crawfordsville, IN; mother and father in law, Lynn and Debbie Epps of Goldsboro.
