Gale Marie (McIntyre) Edwards

Gale Marie McIntyre Edwards, age 70, passed away Sunday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center. Born in San Francisco, she was the daughter of the late Richard Dale McIntyre and the late Belle Marie Robinson McIntyre and wife of the late G.C. Edwards.

A celebration of life service will be held at the Oak Ridge Church of God of Prophecy on Thursday at 12 noon. Family members will greet friends immediately following the service at the church.

Gale is survived by a son, Dale Herring and wife, Kimberly; two daughters, Lyn Sanders and Kathryn Colmore and husband, Tim; two brothers, Jack McIntyre and Bob  McIntyre and wife, Shelly; and seven grandchildren, Riley Herring, Avery Herring, Cameron Colmore, Tyler Colmore, Alan Hanner, Andrew Hanner and Danielle Guthrie.
