Bobbie Carol Edwards Jenkins, age 48, passed away Thursday at her residence. Born in Wayne County, she was the daughter of Carolyn Ann Edwards and the late Bobby Wayne Edwards.

A private service will be held.

In addition to her mother, Bobbie is survived by her husband, Gregory Eugene Jenkins; a son, Caleb Justin Jenkins; a daughter, Maya Ann Jenkins and a brother, George Wayne Edwards.
