Located in Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home, it was established in January, 1986 and has enjoyed a continuous growth since that time. A full-service facility, Parkside Florist--located beside Wayne Memorial Park---offers flower arrangements for all occasions, such as birthdays, weddings, funerals, holidays, anniversaries, or simple "I Care" bouquets for home, hospital, or office.

Parkside Florist also offers wire service in answer to your needs whether across our United States or internationally.

A very special program available for you is the placement of cemetery arrangements by florist personnel, whether you need silk or fresh flowers placed in Wayne Memorial Park or any other cemetery in Wayne County. You can notify us of your order per telephone, in writing, or by a personal visit to Parkside Florist. Some friends have chosen to become a part of our "contract service" whereby you designate the special days, i.e., Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day, birthday, etc., or season of the year that you desire a fresh or silk floral arrangement to be placed. This arrangement is automatically placed on your loved one's grave or mausoleum at the designated time and you are then billed for the arrangement. The staff strives to assure that details of your floral needs are met, giving you peace of mind.
